1. Our service charges for providing the manpower
are equivalent to 15 days salary offered to the
candidate (by cheque / against voucher) i.e. in the 1st
month of candidates joining the organization, the
employer will give the candidate only half month’s
salary and the rest of the salary to us. This means we
are not taking anything from the employers side. This
generally includes basic salary, DA, HRA, Conveyance
allowance and other benefits that might be applicable in
your company.

Our bill has to be cleared within 30 days from the date
of joining the candidate irrespective whether the
candidate is on trial, training or on probation.
3.
We shall not give you replacement in case you terminate
the service or ask the candidate to resign or the
candidate leaves the organization for some other reason
of his own.
4.
You must clearly mention the designation, qualification,
experience desired, preferred age group and salary
offered to the candidate in our manpower requisition
form to enable us to send only suitable candidates to
avoid wastage of your and candidate’s valuable time.
5.
In case any of our candidates sent to you is appointed
within 3 months from the date of his/her interview with
you (even in response of your subsequent advertisement
in the news paper / magazine) our service charges shall
be applicable and this argument shall not be entertained
that the candidate was not selected earlier, when sent
by us, but has been selected in response to your
advertisement in the newspaper magazine.
